The Basic Idea Was To Take An Archetypal Chair As A Template And Perfect It In Every Single Detail, Raising The Design A Class, Simplifying The Structure At The Same Time And Improving The Functionality. The Idea Was To Create A Clear, Simple Piece Of Furniture That Would Fit In Many Places Modern, But Not So Time-Specific That It Couldn’T Be Used For A Long Time.

Nothing Is Superfluous About This Bar Stool, Nothing Mere Ornamentation. No Part Could Be Removed Without Losing Its Function. It Looks Playful On The Outside, But The Design In No Way Detracts From Its Function. Disposable Mentality And Environmental Awareness Do Not Go Together.

Finding The Balance Was Also Crucial In The Design To Combine Functionality And Aesthetics At A High Level, Exactly The Right Wire Thickness Had To Be Chosen. The Hee Chairs, The Lounge Chair And Also The Bar Stools Are Made Of 11 Mm Thick Metal Wire And Their Shape Is Reminiscent Of A Sketch, A Three-Dimensional Pencil Drawing.
